Payment and Shipping
Upon verification of payment by our bookkeeper after receipt of your proof of payment, we shall ship your product within 48 (Forty Eight) hours. We shall provide you with a tracking number via Whatsapp or our e – mail notification system.
If we have stock in our warehouse of your ordered products, we shall provide you with an INVOICE, which will be payable in full prior to shipment thereof to your elected delivery address, in the event that you do not make use of our automated online ordering system. If we do not have stock of your ordered products, a 100% deposit would be payable upon receipt of a PRO-FORMA INVOICE, if you wish to confirm the booking of your order. In the latter event, we shall provide you with an INVOICE upon receipt of our stock.
Returns & Refunds
Goods may be returned only when defective and/or damaged or if the product supplied is not the same product as what was ordered, and if the product is returned with its original packaging and the Invoice number. If the Goods are defective in any way, this must be reported within 72 (Seventy Two) hours after the product has been delivered to you and must be returned to us within a period of 14 days (2 weeks) after delivery thereof. If the Goods are not the same as what was ordered, this must be reported within 24 (Twenty Four) hours of delivery. Any damaged goods must also be immediately reported, within 24 (Twenty Four) hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The “30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE” would only be applicable if AUTO DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS has Tested & Certified that your vehicle is OBD2 compliant, and must be install by us (Current Installation fee – R 250.00).
Kindly further note that any other Returns and/or Exchanges will be consider at the sole discretion of autodiagnostictools.co.za, and a possible handling fee and/or surcharge may be applicable.
We offer you a 90 (Ninety) days warranty on any hardware defects. The warranty period commences from the date of collection or delivery of your product.
During this warranty period, you can send the product back to us for testing purposes. If a hardware problem should exist, we shall send you a new replacement item, but you would be liable for all applicable shipping costs. If we do not have that specific product in stock, you have the option to accept a similar product with the same specifications or we shall order from our supplier (you will then have to wait for the shipment thereof).
FREE SHIPPING: SHIPPING WILL BE FREE OF CHARGE NATIONWIDE IN SOUTH AFRICA.
